A sequel, yeah. That would be awesome.
In anime, definitely no!
I mean, the flash animation of the series is what remarks it from other series. So making it an anime would just make it 'another' anime.

It would be good or bad depending on how they would make it,but right now I don't see it coming because Yin Yang Yo is not even in the middle of its 2nd season and I read somewhere that Steve Marmel said that the 2nd season of YYY would have 39 episodes.
